【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachinesusedforhighwaymaintenancewhichareattachedtoormountedoncarriervehiclesandwhicharedefinedinclause3.Directivesandstandardsforthevehiculartruckchassisaspect,termedcarriervehicleinthisstandard,wouldbethoserelevanttothatequipment,evenwherespecificmodificationshavebeenmadetoadaptthemachinesforhighwaymaintenanceapplication.Theuseinpublicroadtrafficisgovernedbythenationalregulations.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardsidentifiedthroughariskassessmentpertinenttohighwaymaintenancemachines,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeclause4).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithsignificanthazardsassociatedwithdeletedtextEMC.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazardsassociatedwithmachineoperation,settingandadjustments,loaddischargeandroutinemaintenance.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincluderequirementsforthecarriervehicles(e.g.trucks,tractors,constructionmachines,industrialtrucks)aswellastheirdemountabtebodywork.Thesearecoveredindirectivesrelatedtotheconstructionofvehicles.Demountablebodyworksystemsarespecifiedinotherstandards.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwith--walker-operatedanhand-heldmachines--machinesforthemaintenanceofsportsgrounds--machinesforagriculture,horticultureandforestry--winter-servicemachines--street-cleansingmachines,exceptsweepersincompliancewith3.9--earth-movingmachinery--pitandsewercleaningvehicles/-machines--liftingplatforms--refuse-collectingvehicles--bridge-inspectionequipmentloadingcranes;wood-choppers(bushwoodchoppers)Amachinewhichisacombinationofseveralpartswithdifferentusesshouldconformtoallthestandardsreferringtothecorrespondingpartsofthemachine.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththerisksassociatedwiththeoperationofmachinesinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.ThisstandardappliestomachinesmanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthisstandardthroughCEN.
