【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesaprocedure,inthefieldofionizingradiationmetrology,forthecalculationofthe“decisionthreshold”,the“detectionlimit”andthe“limitsoftheconfidenceinterval”foranonnegativeionizingradiationmeasurand,whencountingmeasurementswithpreselectionoftimeorcountsarecarriedout,andthemeasurandresultsfromagrosscountrateandabackgroundcountrateaswellasfromfurtherquantitiesonthebasisofamodeloftheevaluation.Inparticular,themeasurandcanbethenetcountrateasthedifferenceofthegrosscountrateandthebackgroundcountrate,orthenetactivityofasample.Itcanalsobeinfluencedbycalibrationofthemeasuringsystem,bysampletreatmentandbyotherfactors.
