【摘要】:ThispartofISO4412describesproceduresforthedeterminationofthesoundpowerlevelsofahy-draulicfluidpowerpump,undercontrolledcon-ditionsofinstallationandoperation,suitableforprovidingabasisforcomparingthenoiselevelsofpumpsintermsof—A-weightedsoundpowerlevel;—one-thirdoctavebandpowerlevel.Fromthesesoundpowerlevels,ifrequired,refer-encesoundpressurelevelsmaybecalculatedforreportingpurposes(seeclause11).Forgeneralpurposes,thefrequencyrangeofinter-estincludestheone-thirdoctavebandswithcentrefrequenciesbetween100Hzand10000Hz.ThispartofISO4412isapplicabletoalltypesofhydraulicfluidpowerpumpsoperatingundersteady-stateconditions,irrespectiveofsize,exceptforanylimitationsimposedbythesizeofthetestenvironment(seeclause3).note:1)1Hz-1s

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsforthedeterminationofthewatercontentofplasticsintheformofgranulesandfinishedarticles.Thesemethodsdonottestforwaterabsorption(kineticsandequilibrium)ofplasticsasmeasuredbyISO62.Themethodsaresuitableforthedeterminationofwatercontentaslowasthefollowinglevels:—MethodA0,1%orbetter;—MethodB0,01%orbetter;—MethodC0,01%orbetter.Watercontentisanimportantparameterforprocessingmaterials,andshouldremainbelowthelevelspecifiedintheappropriatematerialstandard.ThreealternativemethodsarespecifiedinthisInternationalStandard.a)MethodAisanextractionmethodusinganhydrousmethanolfollowedbyaKarl-Fischertitrationoftheextractedwater.Itcanbeusedforallplasticsandisapplicabletogranuleshavingamaximumsizeof4mm×4mm×3mm.b)MethodBisavaporizationmethodusingheated,dryairornitrogengastoevaporatethewater,followedbyaKarl-Fischertitrationofthecollectedwater.Itcanbeusedforallplasticsandisapplicabletogranulessmallerthan4mm×4mm×3mm.c)MethodCisamanometricmethod.Thewatercontentisdeterminedfromtheincreaseinpressurewhichresultswhenthewaterisevaporatedunderavacuum.Thismethodisnotapplicabletoplasticsamplescontainingvolatilecompounds,otherthanwater,inamountscontributingsignificantlytothevapourpressureatroomtemperature.Checksforthepresenceoflargeamountsofvolatilecompoundsshouldbecarriedoutperiodically,forexamplebygaschromatography.Suchchecksareparticularlyrequiredfornewtypesorgradesofmaterial.
